Validation

The editor automatically checks your texts on three levels:

1. Forbidden words

Orange warning with a list of found terms. Octuno Text checks against a shared, deduplicated forbidden-words list for all marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK).

2. Title duplicates

No word may appear more than 2× in the title (Amazon rule since January 2025). Stopwords (and, or, for, the, a etc.) are excluded.

3. Keyword placement

With "Focus" strategy: hints when top keywords (score 80+) aren't placed in enough fields.
