Create Event

The "+ New Event" button at the top right of the Events page opens a modal titled "Create new event".

Details tab

• Name * (required field) – e.g. "Carnival 2026"
• Start date * – format DD.MM.YYYY
• End date * – format DD.MM.YYYY
• Description – free text (optional)
• Recurrence – as selection cards:
  • No recurrence / One-time – Fixed event date
  • Annually on the same date
  • Moveable events – e.g. Easter, Carnival – the date shifts each year
  • Periodic – Weekly, monthly, etc.

Products tab

List of all products with a checkbox. Two convenience buttons at the top: All / None. At the bottom, a display reads "X of Y products assigned".

Modal actions

At the bottom: Cancel / Create. Close via the × icon at the top right.
