What happens when an event ends?

The listing text automatically switches to the Standard Event or the next active event. You don't need to change anything manually. If you have enabled event pricing, the price is also reset automatically.

Can I edit AI-generated texts?

Yes, all generated texts are freely editable in the editor. You can fine-tune them anytime – just like a normal Word document.

How does the Free Trial work?

14 days free, no credit card needed, 20 AI points to try out. You can test all features and use all 4 marketplaces. After the trial, you decide on a paid plan – or the tool becomes inactive (data is preserved).

Are forbidden words removed automatically?

No, Octuno warns you – you decide for yourself. Optionally, you can configure publishes with forbidden words to be blocked (Settings → Word lists & Rules).

What counts as an AI generation?

Every click on "Generate" consumes points. Individual field = 1-2 points. Complete listing = 5 points. The cost is shown before generating.

What's the difference between the 3 keyword strategies?

Broad coverage = many keywords once each. Focused relevance = important keywords across multiple fields (recommended). Custom strategy = you define the rules per score range.

Does Octuno do keyword stuffing?

No. The AI weaves keywords contextually and readably into natural sentences. This protects against penalties from Amazon.

What is event pricing?

Custom prices per seasonal event. Halloween promo, Black Friday, Christmas – prices are automatically adjusted at event start and reset after the event ends.

Is there an API?

A REST API is planned for future releases.

How do I cancel?

Under Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is preserved in read-only mode and can be reactivated anytime.
